What do Wiccans believe about the creation (begining of world)?

Short Answer: Nothing. Everything. Take your pick
Long Answer: We were not there. Our gods have given us tools to understand it as best be can.
The following is the most common creation of world belief held by Wiccans. Our sacred teachings often say nothing of what happens at the end of the world. Ours is an EXPERIENTIAL religion.
The creation of the Planet, a secular theory believed by many Wiccans:
At the beginning of time, all of the matter and energy in the universe was concentrated in a very dense state, from which it exploded, with the resulting expansion continuing until the present. This big bang is dated between 10 and 20 billion years ago. In this initial state, the universe was very hot and contained a thermal soup of quarks, electrons, photons, and other elementary particles. The temperature rapidly decreased, falling from 1013 degrees Kelvin after the first microsecond to about one billion degrees after three minutes. As the universe cooled, the quarks condensed into protons and neutrons, the building blocks of atomic nuclei. Some of these were converted into helium nuclei by fusion; the relative abundance of hydrogen and helium is used as a test of the theory. After many millions of years the expanding universe, at first a very hot gas, thinned and cooled enough to condense into individual galaxies and then stars.-Encyclopedia.com

The beginnings of Life, a secular theory believed by many Wiccans:
The chemical evolution leading to cellular life on earth almost four billion years ago likely passed through a stage where RNA alone performed all of the functions of the modern macromolecules RNA, DNA and protein. However the so-called RNA world was itself too complex to evolve directly from organic molecules found on the prebiotic earth. More likely, the RNA world emerged from and was supported by a primitive sort of metabolism fueled by the bonds in sulfur-containing compounds called thioesters.
