Are Pagans Anti-Christian?

Short Answer:Some are.
Long Answer: Few Pagans are born Pagans. As a result of this, many Pagans are Ex-Christian. Just like Ex-Wives, Ex-Boyfriends, Ex-smokers, no one has the capicity for bitterness more than an Ex.
Many Pagans are still working through their issues with their former faith, and this makes some of them quite bitter towards Christianity.
BUT, this Anti-Christianity is NOT a result of their Paganism. In fact, most forms of Paganism reject intolerance, even intolerance against other religions.
Most forms of Paganism hold the view that the bitterness of Ex-Christians is a sad part of the fact that Christianity is the biggest faith there is. They are likely to point new Pagans who are obsessed with their former faith to Ex-Christian support groups, like Walkaway or Ex-tian, these groups are secular, with their Ex-Christians ranging from new Atheists to to new Zoroasterians.
Pagans view bitter Ex-Christianity as a secular issue. It is something that must be confronted in the community because it exists, but its existance is neither right nor something we support.
Just as Christianity is Highly Racially segregated despite a message of acceptance of all, some Pagans are Highly bitter towards their old faith despite a message of religious tolerance.

"Is there a difference between Paganism and Neo-Paganism?"
-In general, no. Many people use the term "Neo-Pagan" to distinguish between Ancient Indigenous Religions, which they call "Pagan" and Modern religions, which they call "Neo-Pagan."
For most of these ancient religions, Pagan is a perjorative, so it is best to call self-identified Pagans Pagans, and others by the proper term for their religion, or at least the generic term (like "indigenous religion of Ancient Sparta").
