A Solitary, short for Solitary Practitioner, is a Wiccan who works or practice alone. It should not be confused woth "solitare" which is a card game.
A solitary may or may not be a member of a tradition. It does not mean "without tradition" but "without a group." Most member of groups ALSO practice solitary.
